Saturday night is yours. Explore the city, grab dinner with new friends, or rest up before the Sunday battle.
Every night at To The Music ends on the dance floor. We're collaborating with local NYC club organizers, party promoters, and tastemakers to curate nights that feel at home in the city's dance music scene — not just a festival afterthought. Each party is designed to blend the hustle community with the energy of NYC nightlife.
Party lineups and venues are announced closer to the month of the festival. Follow @tothemusicnyc for updates.

Everything you need to know before you arrive.
To The Music is centered on NewStyle Hustle. Workshops, the battle, and social dances are all focused on this style. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, there's something for every level.
Not at all! Social dance festivals are built around rotating partners. You'll dance with many different people throughout the week. Solo attendees are the norm.
Smooth-soled shoes work best for hustle. Dance sneakers, character shoes, or jazz shoes are all great options. Avoid rubber soles as they grip the floor too much. Bring a separate pair for outdoor events.
The Dancers List is a discounted entry option for parties. Details on how to get on the Dancers List will be shared when registration opens in March.
Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the festival. Within 30 days, passes can be transferred to another dancer. No refunds within 7 days of the event. Details will be posted with ticket sales.
Yes! We'll share a list of recommended hotels and Airbnb options near the venue when registration opens. Some attendees also coordinate shared housing — check our social media for roommate-matching threads.
Yes! Individual workshop drop-in tickets will be available. Prices range from $35 for 90-minute sessions to $40 for 2-hour intensives. The full pass is the best value if you plan to take multiple classes.
Creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful space for everyone.
To The Music is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and harassment-free experience for all attendees, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, body size, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or dance level.
Consent is essential in partner dancing. Always ask before dancing with someone, and always respect a "no" gracefully. On the dance floor, be mindful of your partner's comfort and physical boundaries.
We do not tolerate harassment, intimidation, or disrespectful behavior in any form — on the dance floor, in workshops, at social events, or online. This includes unwelcome physical contact, inappropriate comments, and taking photos or videos without consent.
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this code, please speak to any member of the organizing team immediately. We take all reports seriously and will respond promptly to ensure everyone feels safe.
Let's make this festival about what brings us together: the music, the movement, and each other.
